Outreach

See us on
campus.

STEM days, industry nights, Clubsfest, Facultyfest, youth outreach at Launch Canada, and a dinner a sponsor put on for the team. Gold sponsors can put their name on the day.

On campus

What we've done.

A team member at a whiteboard labelled FINS explains rocket stability to a group of children during a CAGIS STEM session.

STEM outreach

On campus in fall 2025, for girls and gender-diverse youth, with CAGIS.

The FIRST Robotics program logo.

FIRST Robotics

Volunteered at a campus event for 30 high school robotics teams from across Ontario. 21 and 22 March 2026, 12:00 to 16:00, David Bradley Athletic Centre.

Nimbus laid out in two sections on a table with the avionics bay open between them, during an on-campus info session.

Info nights

Hosted each fall semester so any McMaster student can learn about the club and talk directly with team leads.

Three team members and the McMaster mascot beside the team banner and a standing Luminis airframe at Facultyfest.

Facultyfest

A table for incoming first-year engineers at the start of term. August 31, 12:30 to 17:00.

A team member at the outdoor Clubsfest table with the Osiris airframe open on stands, a rocket against the wall, and Nimbus standing beside the booth.

Clubsfest

A table on the JHE field during B2S week. September 14, 16:30 to 19:30.

A McMaster Rocketry bucket hat beside a stack of rocketry bingo cards on a table at Launch Canada 2026.

Youth outreach at Launch Canada

On conference days at Launch Canada 2026. Kids filled in a rocketry bingo. Prizes were candy rockets. The grand prize was a McMaster Rocketry bucket hat.

For sponsors

Put your name on the day.

Isaac Operations already did it, with a dinner for the team. Your name in front of students on campus, not only on an airframe at a competition most of them never see.

Build the next one

We hire first years.

We hire people who have never touched a rocket. Come ready to learn. We'll teach the rest.

Find us at Facultyfest on August 31, 12:30 to 17:00, or Clubsfest on September 14, 16:30 to 19:30 on the JHE field. Applications close September 18. You don't need to be an engineer: we need people on operations as much as on airframe.
